Dream Holiday Destination – Update #13
This image is of the camera following the route with a snow particle emitter following above it. The particles live for only a second so as to not require immense processing, and having a small area following the camera reduces processing an emitter covering the entire scene whilst giving the illusion it is snowing everywhere. This is the video I followed to learn to use this emitter: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=30opgppXsUY&ab_channel=Quick3DTutorials-Q3.

I then followed this video to make a shader for the snow particles: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JW8Fcxq8FYs&ab_channel=Quick3DTutorials-Q3.

I have managed to figure out by myself how to gradually change the aiSkyDomeLight over time. The first frame is at a light intensity of 3 and will gradually lower to an intensity of 1.5 by frame 800, and then it will lower again to an intensity of 0.2 by frame 1200.

Now I need to populate the landscape with the objects I have already modelled.
