VR MV – Update #10

Today I made the little village for the final area of the music video. There are still some details needed to make it look better, as well as the beach area to the right of it for the ending of the song.

I attempted to make waves for the beach as well, following a YouTube video which shows how to do it all through scripting: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Ij24zRI9J0&ab_channel=DitzelGames.

Unfortunately, it all worked very well up until the very last part, which I cannot figure out why it won’t work anymore. It says it can’t convert a float into an int, but I’m not seeing why this is happening because the variables in question are declared as var, and it works in the video just fine.

I’ll try have another go at it tomorrow when I’m more awake and also make the shader for the waves.
